Happy New Year 2010!!!!
Friday, January 1, 2010 at 12:05AM Well it is a new year finally, as 2009 ends and all that we made of it 2010 begins and allows us to make new choices. As for me I plan on changing a lot in my life. I for one want to lose a lot of weight. I want to see at least 2 new places. I also want to create a stable goal oriented life for myself. I have a lot of things I want to do this year. I want to try to come up with a 1 year plan, a daily thing that helps me stay focused.
I read on lifehacker of this idea that someone had about taking 1 picture a day of something that is significant to me and to choose a day does not have to be the 1st of the year but some day this year and make a resolution to take 1 photo a day for 365 days. Now I know my birthday falls on May 15th so that is a long ways off but I feel this is a very significant year for me it is my last year that I will be in my 20's so starting today the 1st of the year I am going to take a picture of anything with the number 81 on it. The reason for that number is cause '81 was the year I was born so I am going to make a significant photo montage of my year of birth. Now technically I will have taken 498 pictures since my bday is on the 133rd day of the year but it will still be good for me to keep that goal for this year.
Another goal of mine is to try and post more often on both my blog site and my website. In order to do that I am going to need to devote more time to myself this year and travel more often. I want everyone's suggestions given to me out there for ways of making it happen.
By the way I have not figured out if I am going to start a flickr page of my "81's" or if I wont let anyone see them till my 30th bday. I will think of something maybe I will post teasers of each of them.
Below is a recording of the 1980-1981 ball dropping on time square kicking off the year of my birth thanks to the wonderful youtube.com
Ok so I have decided to post teaser pictures of my 81's on flickr. So here is the custome photostream I made. 81Project
